Yes. Olivia Dryden Jewellery ships within Australia via Australia Post. The order will be sent within 2-4 days of receiving the order. If you require a piece within a certain amount of time please get in contact before placing your order.

Every piece is carefully checked before being sent. If your jewellery arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
I will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable resolution.

General wear, accidental damage, tarnishing, bent findings, broken chains caused by pulling, incorrect storage, and exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals or cleaning products are not considered faults.
